The explosion-proof gas sensor is a safety device specially designed to detect, warn and alarm the concentration of harmful gases. The sensor adopts advanced electrochemical sensing technology and can detect a variety of harmful gases, such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen, hydrogen cyanide, chlorine, ammonia and so on. With high sensitivity, high stability and low power consumption, the sensor can be widely used in the detection and monitoring of harmful gases in petroleum, chemical, steel, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and food industries. At the same time, the sensor also has explosion-proof performance, in line with international standards and national standards requirements, can be safely used in flammable, explosive, toxic and other dangerous places.

Detection gases: sensors for different gases can be selected according to different needs, such as combustible gases, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, etc;

Detection range: depending on different models and specifications, the detection range can be from several tens to hundreds of meters;

Accuracy: usually under normal operating conditions, the accuracy can reach one thousandth to five thousandth of a degree;

Response time: the sensor usually needs to give a response within a few seconds after the gas is detected;

Operating temperature and humidity range: depending on the model and specification, the operating temperature range is usually between -40°C and 70°C, and the humidity range is usually between 0% and 95% RH;

Explosion-proof level: usually ExdⅡBT4 level, capable of adapting to a variety of flammable and explosive environments;

Output signal: common output signals are analog and digital signals, such as 4-20mA, RS485, RS232, etc;

Installation mode: different installation modes such as wall-mounted, flange type, plug type, etc. are available.
